Tell us about your Bikes...
I’m lucky enough to be aboard Giant bikes for this season! My enduro race bike is the Giant Reign, with Fox suspension front and rear.
What kind of rider would your friends describe you as?
I would love to be known as the rider who has the most fun, as that’s always my goal when out on the bike. I try to stay poppy and playful and take new and inventive lines when I’m out with friends.
What motivates you to ride and race Enduro?
Enduro is the best way to get out and spend a day in the woods on bikes. I get the chance to see and explore so many beautiful places with amazing trails, which I think is the best way to experience new locations.
What is your age and where are you from?
I am 20 years old, and from the Comox Valley, BC
How important is suspension setup to your riding/racing experience?
Suspension setup is the base for how I feel on a bike, and plays a critical role in being able to ride to my full ability. Having a setup that allows maximum fun and playfulness while also being stable is important to my riding.
What suspension challenges have you personally experienced?
I have always found that the recommended settings for suspension does not meet my needs, so finding my own way and only discovering what works for me through trial and error has always been a challenge.
What are your achievements?
Some result highlights are winning u21 elite at Harper Mtn and Vedder rounds of the 2024 CEL, helping me win the overall as well! 2025 I won u21 elite at the Squamish, my first pro win at the CDC Port Angeles enduro, 5th at North American Enduro Cup, and 6th at Canadian National Champs.
What are your 2026 goals and racing plan/trip (list)?
The 2026 season is well underway and shaping up to be one of the best! I plan to race all of the CEL Races which I could not be more stoked for. In addition I will head to NAEC, and try to make it to Quebec for national champs. I always love racing some local races too, so will get to some more enduro, cross country, and Cyclocross races on Vancouver Island. Besides that, I usually find time for some big missions, so we will see what opportunities arise for adventures!
Can you share some fun Facts about You?
I've been riding bikes since I was just a couple years old, and racing since I was 10. I am studying Civil Engineering at UVic, and would love to work towards having my own business.
